Building Over or Near Sewers

   

You will need a building over agreement if you intend to build within 3mtrs of what is considered to be a public sewer, this includes new build properties, extensions and garages

You will therefore need to survey and map out any sewers in close proximity to your proposed build and provide video evidence, a scaled drawing and a report to the water company in your area.
